Terms of Service

• Who you're agreeing with. Gage Industries LLC, a Washington limited liability company. These terms are governed by Washington law.
• Your data is yours. You own everything you put in Trove. You can export it anytime — including at termination.
• Deletes are forgiving. Anything you remove sits in Trash for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
• Export scope. The export functionality referenced in §6(e) of the Terms includes your conversations, AI memory, briefs, and trash (as of 2026-06-12). See the Privacy Policy for full retention details.
